Ubicado en la zona de Valle Encantado en la confluencia de los ríos Limay y Traful, a 60 kms de la ciudad de SanCarlos de Bariloche, con acceso por la Ruta Nac. 40 y cruce del río en lanchón privado, se encuentra este excelente campo de precordillera con 12 kms de costa del río Limay y lago de la represa de Alicura. Componen la superficie hermosos valles con arroyos y mallines de abundantes pasturas naturales, cañadones, cerros y atractivas formaciones rocosas.Gran area forestada.
Es apto también para la cria de ganado bovino y ovino.-

Area: 11,500 hectares
Location: It is situated in Pilcaniyeu Department, Valle Encantado (Enchanted Valley) area, in the confluence of the Limay and Traful Rivers, 60 km away from the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, with access from the 40 National Road and the river is crossed by a private boat
Improvements: The ranch is enclosed by a wire fence and it has 4 inner fields, also enclosed. There is a first quality three-bedroomed house, a house for the administrator and another one for the person in charge of opening the gates and allowing people in and out of the ranch.
Characteristics: It is an excellent Andean-foothill ranch, with a coastline of 12 km on the Limay River and the lake of the Alicura Dam. This area is made up of beautiful valleys with streams and marshes, which have abundant natural pastures, ravines, hills and incredible rock formations on the banks of the Limay River, among which the most remarkable one is “El Dedo de Dios” (God’s Finger).
This area has forests of native trees such as cypresses (Austrocedrus Chilensis), radales (Lomatio Hirsuto), maitenes (Maytenus Boaria), ñires (Nothofagus Antartica), chacay (Discaria Chacaye), retamos (Diostea Juncea), most of which belong to the Nothofagus family. The native fauna is composed by guanacos, South American ostriches, hares, foxes, red deer and wild boars. Cóndores, hawks, chimangos (bird of prey smaller than hawks) and quails can be found among the birds of this region.
The average rainfall in this area is of 600 mm per year, which is good for the afforestation of pine trees. Three hundred hectares of pine trees were planted 14 years ago and 50 hectares in the year 2000.
All types of trout (rainbow, perch and brown) can be found in the rivers and lakes, which are ideal to go sport fishing.
It is an excellent area for enclosing deer and turn it into a game hunting preserve. It is also very good for breeding cattle and sheep.
